Jamie Eason Round 2 – Let’s do this!

So here it is a new year, and I want to make this my best year yet!

I have finally decided to do [Jamie Eason Live Fit]  a second time. With the Holidays being so busy and going on vacation in December, it just wasn’t the right time. I knew  I needed to really get my mental focus before diving back in. It takes discipline and planning and I want to be dedicated 100%.

SOOO here goes! I am so excited to announce that this time I have created an online Facebook group!
This is a private group, members will have to be approved BUT this is a great way to stay motivated throughout the 12 weeks.

I know the first time I started Jamie’s program, I had a TON and I mean a TON of questions, and it was a bit overwhelming.
So having an online group was perfect! We could all help eachother and keep us on track.

    Alesha! I am so excited that you are doing this again! And with a group! I stumbled across your blog a few weeks ago and became so inspired to do the live fit trainer as well! I appreciate your enthusiasm and willingness to share your journey. Ever since seeing your blog I have been planning to begin live fit on Jan 6. So I am joining your group! Can’t wait!!

    I’m so excited to see that you are doing this program again. I came across your page on Pinterest and read all about your 12 weeks. I had been going back and forth about the program and wasn’t sure if it was the right one for me. After reading about your journey, I was deadset on starting it after the holidays. I’m starting mine on the 6th also (I’m currently prepping as I type this) I can’t wait to follow along with you and get some more great recipes :) Good luck and I can’t wait to join you in this journey!

    Hi! I just found your blog while looking up reviews of the LiveFit program. I’m starting Monday (1/13), I’ll be a week behind you. I can’t wait to see my progress, while following along with you! I’m hoping to find some motivation, inspiration, and just a push to get me through!

    I am on phase 2 of the series! I have actually started it a couple times but things get hectic and I get off course. I just requested to join the FB group so hopefully that will help me finish it this time! Congrats on all your accomplishments!

      Yay Phase 2! Your so close!! It is so hard to stick with, but I know the facebook group is going to help sooo much!! We can do this :)

      YAY! Feels good to be back at it doesn’t it? I know it was tough for me too with the Holidays, but I am glad to be back on a schedule now :)

    Before I started LiveFit trainer in Dec ’13, your blog really helped me decided whether to try it or not. I love it! I actually restarted LiveFit on Mon. Jan 13 due to the Transformation Challenge by http://www.bodybuilding.com! I can’t wait to see your posts!! Your an inspiration! Thanks! :-)

    I guess I’ll be a week behind. Just found this site and was planning on starting this week – but I wasn’t ready. I hope I can push through. Question?? Did you buy the supplement stack that she talks about?? Or can I do this program without. I’ve purchase so much “fitness” stuff that I’m tired of buying and nothing working. I ready to so myself that this can be done without all the gimmicks.

    I have just finished week one of the live fit program! I hope this question hasn’t been asked before but I have been getting up early to work out before I go into work each day to fit it into my schedule. So I eat my breakfast before I head into work out. And then I drink my protein shake right after. Which is honestly only about an hour and a he later. I feel so unbelievably full. Am I doing this wrong? As I understood u should be drinking protein directly after. And I kno I am suppose to eat breakfast within an hour of waking up.

    Hope this makes sense!
